Sponsoring the Make Your Family Safer Action Plan
Would your company like
to get involved with a
vital, cutting edge
project that will
positively impact the
health care community?
NOKEP not only has a
positive impact – it's
saving lives. Now you
can be a part of it, by
participating in the
Make Your Family Safer
in 15 Minutes or Less
Action Plan and Safer
Family Brochure.
With all of the recent
disasters, from
Hurricane Katrina to the
London Bombings, one
need has come to the
forefront more than any
other -- the need to get
victim's
identifications, medical
histories and emergency
contact information as
quickly as possible.
If you knew that spending 15 minutes right now could save the people
you love in the event of
an emergency,
would you do it?
Of course you
would and so would your
customers and employees.
What is the Safer
Family Action Plan?
If a disaster struck
right now, would you be
ready?
Where is your
spouse, your children,
the other people you
love?
What if they were
injured?
Would a doctor
know what to do to save
their lives, with their
specific healthcare
needs in mind?
What about your
vital documents?
Could YOU put
your hands on your bank
account numbers, your
homeowner’s policy or
you birth certificate,
if you suddenly had five
minutes to evacuate?
We didn’t think so. But
unlike the victims of
recent disasters, you
have a chance to fix
that.
Our family found out
first hand how critical
it is to have emergency
information at your
fingertips and the
devastation of listening
to a doctor tell us we'd
lost someone we loved,
because she was without
it.
With recent disasters,
it's become clear that
families nationwide need
an easy-to-use system
for recording and
safeguarding emergency
contact information,
medical information and
vital documents.
And they need it
in a format that's easy
to grab and take with
them at a moment’s
notice.
The "Making Your Family
Safer in 15 Minutes or
Less" Action Plan is all
that and more.
Our goal is to
distribute these Action
Plans to hundreds of
thousands of families
nationwide, giving them
the tools they need, to
keep the people they
love safe in any
emergency.
But we need your
help to do it…
During 2006, The Next of
Kin Education Project
will be distributing the
Action Plan and brochure
to hundreds of thousands
of families throughout
America, free of charge.
In order to do
that, we're looking for
companies like yours to
sponsor this vital
effort.
We know how important it
is to companies to truly
make a difference in
your customers and
employees lives,
especially in the face
of disasters, like
Katrina, and we'd like
your help to give
families tools that will
not only change their
lives, but safeguard
them.
As a sponsor,
your company’s logo,
live web link, and full
page sponsor position
will not only be
prominently featured in
the Action Plan, to help
you get the word out
about your incredible
products and services to
potential customers
nationwide.
And you'll also
have the opportunity to
distribute the Action
Plans directly to your
customers.
The Project
"Making Your Family
Safer in 15 Minutes or
Less" and the "Safer
Family Tips" brochure,
provide an easy to use
system for recording and
safeguarding emergency
contact information,
medical information and
vital documents.
They also provide
tips for dealing with
special emergency needs,
like safeguarding your
children, people with
physical challenges,
people with dementia or
Alzheimer's and meeting
the needs of your pets.
To enable us to provide
the Action Plans to
families all over
America free of charge,
we're seeking corporate
sponsors to help meet
our $500,000 project
budget.
As you can see,
on the front page of the
document are spaces for
our sponsor's logos and
live web link.
The link can go
to your company's web
site, to one of your
current promotions or
any specific page on
your web site that you
want to feature. Since
we're a non-profit
project*, all
sponsorships are tax
deductible.
